Taking her turnIn, Iccafa deputy secretary general Clodina Milanzie thanked APL for the financial contribution, which will help in the organisation of the AGM.
“This contribution has come at the right time as we are preparing for the lakeshore conference. The money will help to meet some of the logistical requirements for the conference,” Milanzie said.
The association’s president Vusi Chirwa said in an earlier interview that this year’s conference will bring together speakers from the public and private sector who will share experiences in the industry and what services they expect from custom brokers.
The conference is scheduled to be held from October 5 to 6 under the theme ‘Creating connections and Blbuilding bridges together’.
