Automotive Products Limited (APL) has gifted K30 million to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) Annual Conference to take place from 19-21 September in the lake district of Mangochi district.
Lowani Mukhondia, APL Board Chairperson said: “The support is in recognition of the key role that ICAM plays in the business sector.
“ICAM has been our partner for many years. The decision makers in the offices, people who make procurement decisions and budgets, they are members of ICAM, and we are looking forward to a productive conference”
ICAM Chief Executive Officer Noel Zigowa, said the support from APL is a major boost to the upcoming conference.
“The conference is so relevant and timely especially at this time that Malawi is facing different economic uncertainties.
“We are here at APL to witness a company that has been resilient in such an economic environment,” Zigowa said
The conference will be held under the theme “Navigating Economic Uncertainties: Strategies for Growth and Resilience.
