Sensational new kids on the footballing block, newly promoted Super League rookies, Ekhaya FC seems to be forging a serious business in becoming one of the country’s soccer powerhouse.
Ekhaya FC on Thursday ambitiously unveiled former FCB Nyasa Bullets Reserves coach Enos Chatama as their new gaffer.

The tactician has signed a two-year contract as the head coach that sees him at the CowBoys up to January 2027.
Chatama will be deputised by former Flames International, Moses Chavula, who guided the team to TNM Super League promotion.

To make a statement of intent, the CowBoys have drafted into the team three players that went through Chatama’s mentorship at FCB Nyasa Bullets main team defender Kesten Simbi, Bullets Reserves defender Happy Mphepo and Bangwe All Stars goalkeeper Elias Missi.
Ekhaya FC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) William Mpinganjira promised, when the team j a promotion into the country’s top tier league, the Super League, that the CowBoys will give it all to stay on into the elite competition.

“We are ready to compete in the SuperLeague,” Mpinganjira said when the CowBoys earned a promotion.
Ekhaya earned Super League promotion on their first attempt after winning the 2024 ThumbsUp Southern Region Football Association (SRFA) League Premier Division.
